The River Watch House is slated to be built on what had previously been two (2) Cascade lots at the western end of the Cascade row of housing.  As such, the builder saw the opportunity utilize the over-sized lot so that in addition to a 2,500 sq.ft. Main House, a 500 sq.ft. GUEST’s Quarters could be built as well.  While the Guest’s Quarters could be used for visitors, mother-in-law included, it could be utilized as a management bungalow for rentals and/or maintenance of the main house.  There will be ample room for parking 3 cars at ground level under the Main House.  The Guest’s Quarters can accommodate covered parking for yet another car, with 2 additional cars in the driveway.
